The project involves the installation of an error and events labeling system of compound fertilizer unit in Phosphoric Fertilizers Industry (Kavala factory). The existing system identifies the alarm through a flashlight control panel, which includes sign chart. We were asked to install PLC, from which to pass all the signals for errors or events, and some measurements, and displays in the HMI, while alerting the operator for existence error. The system was maintained with lights, with the difference that now controlled by the PLC. HMI is in registration errors and the events of the system, while the storage capacity of records to USB for the treatment of strains of the plant. Also, all proportional measurements are entered into the PLC. Finally, the PLC automatically stop certain benefits if certain errors. The system is in operation since June 2009.
